Please allow up to 48 hours for a refund to be processed by our payments Team. Once the refund has been processed, it can take 3-5 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.

We ship anywhere in Continental North America. Canadian orders are shipped with Canada Post and USA orders are shipped with USPS.

When your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can input your tracking number into Canada Post’s Tracking System ( for Canadian orders ) or USPS's tracking System ( for American orders ). Your tracking number will show you where your order is at all times from leaving our warehouse to delivery.

Shipping times indicate the amount of time it takes your package to be delivered to you after it has left our warehouse. These time estimates vary based on your location from our warehouse and the shipping method chosen at time of check out. You can estimate your shipping time in your shopping cart by entering your Country, State/ Province and Zip/ Postal Code . Please be advised that these are estimates generated by our third party shipping services and do not include processing time.

Please allow for 24 hours processing time from your time of order. Orders placed after 2pm EST on Fridays ( and over the weekend ) will be processed and shipped first thing on Monday.

Tracking numbers activate the first time Canada Post scans your package and it can take 24 hours for your tracking number to activate.

Discretion and privacy are important to us!

Small orders or just a few accessories are shipped out in a brown padded envelope with a shipping label and larger orders containing vaporizers are shipped out in brown cardboard boxes with a shipping label. The shipping label shows your address, our address and our numbered company name ( 2334271 Ontario Limited ) but contains no indication of the package contents.

American orders require us to declare package contents to customers and therefore orders being shipped to the USA will have a small sticker on the shipping label indicating the package contains an ‘Aromatherapy Apparatus’.

Our packages are delivered "do not safe drop", meaning they are not left outside the door if no one is home. Please check with members of your household to ensure no one else has received it on your behalf. In the case the package is missing please contact our customer service team at including your contact information and they will follow up with Canada Post and open a service ticket.

Oh dear! Sorry to hear you’re having an issue with your vape! If you have purchased within the past 30 days you will still be covered under our store warranty. Please contact our customer service team at with your full name, order number, a detailed description of the issue and if possible a photo or video so we can diagnose the issue.

Our Hassle Free Warranty is our premium store warranty and only select units are covered under this program. Which units are covered are outlined in the warranty tab on each individual product page. The advantages of this program are: 1) TorontoVaporizer will process all claims for the full term of the manufacturer warranty; and 2) Majority of eligible warranty claims will be replaced with a new unit (conditions apply).

However, if your unit is not covered under our hassle-free warranty or was purchased more than 30 days ago, you will be covered by the manufacturer warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly with a copy of your invoice from us.

When you order a vaporizer worth $100 or more before tax you can select to get a free, premium quality ZEUS item, like the ZEUS Bolt grinder. If you did not receive your grinder ( or other promotional item), please check your invoice to ensure you selected your promotion at the time of purchase. If your invoice does not show the promotional item, you may have not selected your item at time of check out. No worries though, we can certainly still honor your free gift, just email our sales team ( ) within 30 days of your purchase date with your order number and explaining the situation. They will need to collect your credit card details to process the cost of shipping and then we can ship out your gift ASAP!

If your invoice shows that you did select a free gift and you did not receive it in your box, please contact our customer service team ( ) for assistance so we can ensure you’re taken care of ASAP!

If the unit you purchased goes on sale within 3 business days of your purchase date, please contact customer service at with your full name and order number so we can process a refund for the difference!

If you try a promo code and it isn’t working it can be for a couple reasons 1) The item you are trying to order is exempt from coupon codes or 2) the coupon code is expired or it is not a legitimate code.

Promotional codes do not work on select products and never work on Sale items.

We refresh our promotional codes frequently, but once they are in Cyber Space they can be picked up by third party websites and passed off as ‘new’.

You can check the value of your promo-code by entering it in the ‘Discount Code’ box located in your shopping cart. Before submitting your order, ensure the discount was applied by checking your order total.

We are an eCommerce (online) store but we do have a pick-up office and showroom location downtown Toronto, 366 Adelaide Street East, Unit 241 (second floor of the studio city building) . If you live in Toronto or are planning on visiting and don’t want your order shipped to you, you can opt for the ‘local pick up option’ when checking out. You can then call our sales line at 1 855 234 8273 ext 1 to book an appointment to come in and pick up your order.

Although we do have a physical location, we prefer appointments to ensure the ordering and pick-up process is as fast and smooth as possible. If you are not sure what you would like to order, please phone our sales line to discuss your needs and you can also book an appointment to come in.
