At first I love the linx gaia , very effectif and convinient. But after 8 month ti was impossible to charge de batterie and Linx don't want to fix it because i don't buy it directly from her store. So I open the case to see if a can fix it. I was choked to find the ubs socket hold on the electronic board with hot glue , and the weld look like crap. Very disapointed.

Bought this with no secondary mouth piece included. Pricey but nice exterior finish. Glass mouth piece didn’t hold up even two months after purchase. So the warranty doesn’t cover anything even defective manufacturing once it’s past 3 days. Lucky me I used it at exactly 3 days -_- after. When messaging company was told nothing they could do for me. Wasted 200 bucks of my money. Save your money.

This unit (at least the one I received) gets VERY hot very quickly and is uncomfortable to hold in hands. I contacted Linx about this, sent the unit back, only to be told it was "fine" and have the original shipped back to me. (Which i likely will get no use out of, because it's not pleasant to hold) Will not purchase from again. Did not back their product or do right by customer.
