What is a 510-threaded Battery?
510-thread batteries are often small, pocketable, and provide power to the heating element of your oil vape cartridge.
The term 510 comes from the threading-style, which is the same thread style used on vape and oil carts. We have compiled a list of the best 510 thread batteries available to help you start.
How Do I Attach my Vape Cartridge to my 510 Vape Battery?
With most 510 thread batteries you simply screw your oil cartridge directly onto the battery. Some will have magnetic connectors that will screw onto your cartridge first.
Then you simply drop your cartridge into the slot and the magnetic connector clicks it into place.
What Voltage Should I Set my 510-threaded Battery?
Voltage is going to come down to personal preference, generally, lower voltage will provide less visible vapor and better flavor, while higher voltage will result in larger clouds, but less flavor.
However, some carts are more power hungry than others, and some oils will require more power to properly vaporize, so its good to experiment to see what works best for each cartridge.

510-Thread batteries are powered by either a button or by your draw. Both offer advantages and disadvantages.
Draw Activation is when the 510 thread battery senses the user take a hit and begins heating the oil. These devices are extremely easy to use, but are not compatible with all cartridges.
Button Activation is when there are tactile buttons that are pressed to begin heating your cartridge. Usually devices with buttons also have some voltage control.
