Awesome Humidor for Vape Lovers

5
One aspect that is often overlooked by vaporizer fans or as we like to call them “connoisseurs” is the way you store your botanicals. Over many years, the most popular method has been freezer bags or jars but these methods seem a bit outdated and inefficient. No worries though, we at TorontoVaporizer recently received our first batch of RYOT boxes and we instantly fell in love with them.

The RYOT Humidor

RYOT Humidor
RYOT Humidors are made of high quality cedar wood that are beautifully crafted and give you a great option to store your botanicals. What makes these boxes special is that by storing your botanicals in them, you can actually collect the valuable pollen.  Inside the box, plant material is placed on a special screen that filters out the botanical’s pollen and collects it at the bottom of the RYOT box. Once in a while, (maybe once a week) you can take the included RYOT card and scrape together all the pollen.
When using freezer bags or jars all that valuable pollen are simply lost and go to waste. Trying to collect it from a freezer bag or jar is also impossible.

Benefits of a RYOT Humidor

There are a number of advantages of owning a Humidor for your storage needs. Here are some of the benefits:

1- The box seals very nicely ensuring that no odors escape from the box.

2- The cedar wood passes no flavors onto your botanical. Plastic freezer bags are not hygienic over time. High quality botanical should NEVER touch plastic in our opinion.

3- Moisture levels are easily regulated within the RYOT Humidor. All you need to do is to put a few drops of water (2- 4 should be enough) in the middle of the bottom compartment. This will ensure that the humidity stays somewhat regulated inside the box.

4- The design of the RYOT box is beautiful and very discrete. Finally you can keep your ZEUS Grinder, RYOT box and vaporizers all in one spot and have everything you need well organized and clean.

As you can see, the benefits derived from using a RYOT Humidor over traditional storage methods are noteworthy. The box is not too expensive, made of high quality wood and over time gathers somewhat of a sentimental value as well.
We at TorontoVaporizer, definitely recommend it, if you are looking to own the best equipment out there.

  1. Just got mine in yesterday it’s already collecting that awesome pollen that I wasn’t taking advantage of. However when I got my PAX you guys gave me a free Zues grinder and that had a lot of amazing pollen just ready to enjoy. I had a serious munchie fest after that session lol =) This is humidor really does contain the smell, and the magnets do a great job at keeping everything together. If you want a great solution to store your leaf then this unit is the best choice IMO.

    • When vaporizing the flavor of your botanical will be much more enjoyable. It is best to have the botanical be just a little moist. Fully dry material, wont be as flavorfull. So it is recommended that you keep your botanical a little moist by keeping the humidity inside the humidor box under control and adding a few drops of water (2-4 drops).
