With all the stationary units out on the market these days it is easy for connoisseurs to get confused about what the differences are between certain units. Especially as many of them hover in the same price category many wonder which unit will give you the most bang for their buck. Two units I have been asked to compare quite often lately have been the V-Tower and the H. Aire 2.2. Both these vapourizers are made in Canada. In today’s blog we will have a closer look at both units to make your decision a little easier.
Arizer V Tower Vaporizer
Let’s start with the v-tower. The unit has been a staple in the stationary market for a while now. Over the years it has garnered a reputation as being an excellent whip based vapourizer at an affordable price. The unit comes with precision temperature control, a ceramic heater with lifetime warranty, a digital display and an auto shut off function. In short, it is the same unit as the Extreme Q without being able to blow up balloons (forced air vaporization). What is nice about this unit is that it features glass parts whenever possible. Glass has no flavor and is toxin free, which ensures the best and most flavorful.

Another nice feature of the vtower is its precision temperature control. You can set your temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius and Arizer units are known to have very exact temperature control systems.
In terms of vapor quality the Tower vaporizer produces some excellent vapor. The long whip allows the vapor to nicely cool down before being inhaled making it smooth and flavorful. For its low price point, this Arizer unit may actually produce some of the best vapor out there.
The Aire 2.2 is proving itself to be a solid forced air vaporizer and has built a loyal following in the vape scene. What’s special about this unit is its tri-functionality. First you can use the unit through Direct Inhalation, which is actually quite a fun way to vaporize. One simply uses the Aire Teflon mouthpiece to directly inhale from the unit. The vapor is a bit hotter using this method, which will decrease the quality of the vapor. The second way to vape is through the whip, similar to direct inhalation but with smoother cooler vapor. The third option is to fill bags as the H. Aire is a forced air vaporizer. One simply attaches the air fan to the unit and can inflate balloons. For this option though, one needs to have two electricity outlets as the fan needs its own plug. In terms of vapor quality we find the H. Aire to produce average vapor quality when compared to high end home vaporizers.
To conclude, the Arizer V Tower Vaporizer has excellent vapor quality, great manufacturing quality and design, glass on glass vaporization at a very affordable price. The H. Aire 2.2 in contrast has “18 air jet fan” which enables you to blow up balloons filled with vapor and in general has more options.
