Review: Eleaf Invoke
The manufacturing design and quality of the Eleaf Invoke is above average. The design allows for easy cleaning, all parts of the available tanks such as the Ello can be taken apart. The atomizer base, the HW coil, the glass cylinder, the top cap and the mouthpiece.
The Eleaf Invoke and the available Eleaf atomizers are both made with durable quality materials. Eleaf has been in the vaping business for a while and knows that the best materials need to be used to create quality products.
The options and quality that you have with the Eleaf Invoke and the tanks that go with it are pretty customizable. The ability to adjust the airflow on the Eleaf tanks is very simple.
There are 2 different size tanks that most people get when ordering the Eleaf Invoke (tanks sold separately or as part of a package deal). You can get the 4 ml or 2 ml atomizer tank. An additional option with the Eleaf tank system is that it comes with not one but two drip tips – one with a tapered shape and the other with a wider design for better airflow.
I’ll touch on the cloud production for if you do end up getting the Ello tank – of which I thought was pretty good (best with the HW4 coil). The flexibility of the device allows you to give it a personal touch and use it according to your own preferences of the diverse components and temperature range.
The flavor quality is above average and between the 2 coils that can be ordered as a basic package, the HW3 coil delivered the best flavor. There are 2 other coils that you can order with the Eleaf Invoke, and we found that the HW2 coil was the best for flavor.
The Eleaf Invoke comes with 2 new HW coils. The first is the HW3 Triple-Cylinder 0.3ohm head and the second is the HW4 Quad-Cylinder 0.2ohm Head for better cloud production.
This vape has a resistance range of 0.05-1.5 ohm (tc modes) and 0.1-3.5 ohm (vw mode). The temperature range is from 100－315℃/200－600℉(TC modes) and the Invoke runs off of dual 18650 batteries capable of outputting a maximum of 220 watts. So overall this is pretty impressive and can generate some decent vapor production.
The Eleaf Invoke has a few solid features that are pretty key that unless read here might actually go unnoticed. The unit has dual-circuit protection that protects that battery from overcharging, over current circulation and over discharging – it has been designed to be resilient to bad use.
Ease of Use
The Eleaf Invoke is a simple to use straightforward device, you should be able to pick this mod up without having any troubles in knowing how to use it. The two external batteries get placed into the bottom of the mod, your liquid goes in the top of the tank (assuming you use one of the recommended Eleaf tanks), you can choose your preferred heat setting using the plus and minus buttons, and can read the on-screen information to help guide your session.
The Eleaf Invoke will be very familiar to people who have used any of the other Eleaf mods in the past. The device comes with a user manual if you need a bit of guidance.
The portability of the Eleaf Invoke is actually pretty impressive and the size of the unit is very compact. Not only does the device run off of external rechargeable batteries but the device itself can be used as a power charging station to charge your cell phone or other devices capable of being charged via USB.
The slim and short size makes this very easy to carry. The Invoke has a 2A maximum charging current, the batteries can be fully charged very quickly in comparison to other charging methods. The batteries both charge and drain at the same speed to help the longevity of each battery and optimize each charge.
Overall the time spent using the Eleaf Invoke was enjoyable, we were impressed with the devices compact size, durability, and temperature range. The Eleaf tanks give you the option to choose from a wide variety of coils, atomizers, airflow adjustability, and the mod itself offers external batteries and helpful display options.
It seems that the Eleaf Invoke touches on all the important aspects of what people generally look for in a vape and Eleaf did a pretty good job at covering them all. All these features and the overall build quality of the Invoke and atomizer make this device a pretty solid deal.
