Many of our customers call in and ask what the difference is between a vape that plugs into the outlet as compared to handheld unit. More specifically, they want to know what type of unit they should consider for themselves.
If you intend on vaping a lot, it would be advisable to stick to a stationary unit. Stationary units like the Vapir Rise tend to be more powerful at creating dense vapor and since they work with outlet power, you will never encounter situations where you are out of battery. Another reason why these types of vapes are great for seasoned individuals is that the vapor quality tends to be better. Power restrictions are a major drawback to portables, especially when it comes to the taste and thickness of the vapor. The only portable, which can compare to the vapor quality of plugin units, is the Arizer Solo Vaporizer.
If you want to vape in different places and always have your gadget with you, then a hand held unit is just so much better. Especially with the sun finally shining in Canada, outside activities are just so much more fun with a pocket sized vaporizer like the Vapman. So if you intend on using the unit more than 30% of the time outside of your home, this is definitely the better option. Also, these types of units are faster and more convenient to use. Cleaning is somewhat easier as these are smaller.
