Since we put up the ZEUS promotions, many of our visitors have inquired about grinders. The main question seems to be “Do I really need one?” In today’s blog we will try to shed some light on this simple but important question!
Speed & Convenience
Especially for botanicals that are not completely dry, busting them up can take a very long time. Furthermore, it can be a tedious and untidy process that often takes longer than actual consumption. People also complain about the odor that can be stuck on their hands for hours. With a proper high quality unit, one can grind up their favorite botanical within seconds, no mess, and no hassle.
One thing is well known in the world of botanical connoisseurs, the consistency of your botanical is very important in order to vaporize properly. The consistency should be fine, but not too powdery so air does not simply push your material through the heating chamber without vaporizing it. The process of vaporization can greatly be improved by properly ground up botanical.
· First of all, it makes vaporization more efficient as plant matter can produce nicer vapor even at lower temperatures. It is widely known that you should pack the product fluffy into the heating chamber with most vaporizers.
· Second of all, hot air reaches a larger surface area of botanical. If left in larger lumps, hot air may never even see certain parts of your botanical. In short, if you grind your product properly, you are making life a lot easier for your Vaporizer to produce high quality vapor. This is especially true for portable vaporizers that have smaller heating chambers and no fans to produce additional airflow.
When on the go, a nice ZEUS Grinder can be an excellent storage compartment. High quality units, like units in the ZEUS series, are built not only to grind but to store your botanical. It can also hide-away unwanted odors. A little tip: A piece of carrot or broccoli in the bottom residual compartment can stop your botanicals from drying out too fast.
The ZBG is made of Aircraft Grade Anodized Aluminum (AGAA). This is a very tough, but light material. The sharp teeth are sharpened using diamond blades to ensure that the buster can provide exceptionally fine ground botanical with just a few twists. The consistency is designed to be perfect for vaporizing.
Plant material is simply put in the top chamber and twisted a few times. They will automatically fall into the middle compartment, for storage. The third compartment is for plant residue or dust that will build up after weeks of grinding. This four piece grinder is easy, efficient and smart, as you can make sure to use every last bit of your botanical. Nothing goes to waste.
