The G Pen legacy was a long and strong one that has given birth to many units from collaborations with many big names, especially in the music industry. Once the Thunder came onto the scene, the G Pen legacy and stronghold on the market was broken, so today we`ve got a grudge match between the Zeus Thunder from ZEUS Arsenal and the Snoop Dogg Micro G pen vaporizers. Will the collaboration with a big name music star be enough to tilt the scales in the G Pen`s favor, or will the Thunder`s raw power and luxurious look claim victory? Let’s get to the showdown to find out!
ZEUS Thunder vs Snoop Dogg Micro G
With both of these gadgets being pen-style units, they both only have 1 button it and no temperature flexibility. This might make it difficult or even impossible for these units to compete with each other in this category, but since the Thunder is capable of reaching temperatures that are 20% hotter than other pens on the market, the Thunder takes this category!
The Micro G is made to be used with dry botanical. As most of you connoisseurs know, this only leads to failure as there is yet to be a pen unit that can actually vaporize dry botanical. As a result, all you’ll be experiencing is combustion, which is far from optimal.
The Thunder is also capable of handling dry botanical, but it makes no claim to vaporizing dry botanical. Instead, it touts it as a convenience item which still giving you the ability to vaporize oils and extracts. This means that right out of the box you still have the opportunity to enjoy vapor from your unit, which puts this units leagues ahead of the Micro G.
The Micro G features a lot of metal and pretty good machining of parts to make this unit pretty high quality. That being said, the Thunder still has a higher quality feel to it thanks to the great machining, high quality parts, and PVD coating. The Micro G puts up a good fight, but in the end the Thunder is still the winner in this category.
Both of these units have great battery lives, as you’d expect from a pen-style unit. In The end, the real competition came down to longevity and it was down to the wire. While the micro G has a great showing, the Thunder still outlasted the Micro G thanks to its 650 mAh battery.
Again, being what they are provides a great advantage in this category and they borh are very easy to carry around. The Thunder is made from really durable materials from top to bottom, and the PVD coating makes it easy to carry the unit around without having to worry about it getting scratched or damaged easily while in your pocket. The Micro G, however, is still much smaller, and much slimmer. As a result, by a hair, the Micro G takes this category.
Ease of Use
On one hand, these units are both equally easy to use. They’re both 1 button units that get your session started at the press of a button. They both load the same when it comes to dry botanical, and they both are equally easy to clean. Unfortunately for the G Pen, using the unit to enjoy vapor is impossible, but not so with the Thunder. Using this unit you can still enjoy vapor from oils and extracts, so when it comes to actually vaporizing, the Thunder is far easier to use.
The size of the Micro G does tend to help the unit be discreet as it can easily fit in the palm of your hand. That being said, the unit does also still have a design on the outside that keeps the unit from being as discreet as it could be.
The Thunder’s all-black exterior and small size make it really discreet. With it, you can enjoy quick and stealthy sessions while out and about without a problem.
Winner: ZEUS Thunder
It was a good battle, but when you get right down to it, the ZEUS Thunder is just a better pen vaporizer on just about all fronts. It’s more discreet, it’s easier to use, it’s well made and it actually has the ability to produce vapor. Well done ZEUS Arsenal!
Thanks for reading and as always, keep vapin’!
