good vape, but expect it to break after about one year with no hope to repair it. Had two, both died after one year. One major weak point is the usb charging cable, it gets worn out pretty easily.

Don’t buy. Defective mouth piece, magnets fell out. Contacts Giselle with their support and she said the mouth piece is an accessory! I asked how you are supposed to use it without the mouth piece and she sent back a boilerplate 20% off your next order.

Nice but quality is not reliable
I have had this X for about a year. I have used it once, but I always keep it charged to about 80%. The battery now dies when I turn it on and it reaches temperature. Airvape advertises a "lifetime warranty" but they charge $20 to $40 to replace the battery. I figure if a battery dies after 1 year, at $40 a pop to fix it, the device is not worth it.

i recently purchased the airvapex for $159.00can got it home and followed the serilization procedure to the letter got it fully charged ,powered up the unit and the led display shows 329f and then flashes ERROR and the airvapex turns itself off.where is warranty and support? MIA

Great mid-budget Portable!
I've owned the Utillian 421, 721, Arizer Q, Dynavap, MagicFlight over the past 4 years. The 721 had great vapour but I actually prefer this unit. The 721 died within the first year, had no pass-through charging and arguably not much more session life than the Airvape X. True, the Airvape mouthpiece gets a little warm on sessions longer than 3 minutes but the draw is way better IMHO, the flavour is above par for a hybrid, pass-through charge, slim all-metal design and the oval chamber is easier to load than round. Overall, nothing but satisfaction on my end. Cheers.
Oh..and cheers to TVape for the quick service. This is my third purchase from TVape and always problem-free.
