I have had my Utillian 722 since Dec of 2019, on average I fire it up for a session 12to15 times a day, charge it every night and it has not missed a beat. My wife uses my old 721 which still works just as good. If I was buying a vaporizer today it would be another Utillian 722....

A great vaporizer but with one flaw.
This is a great vaporizer. Convenient and compact, very good vape quality, fast heat up and pretty good battery life. The one flaw is the snap-lugs that hold the mouthpiece in place are very fragile and easy to break off when removing the mouthpiece for cleaning.

Had the original unit for several months then it failed. Used the TVape "hassle free" warranty process and the service team of Sayward and Rodrigo were excellent at working through diagnosis and eventual replacement (took about a week overall - very good). Enjoying the new unit now and all positive. Only negative is that it is a bit challenging to clean the chamber as it cannot be removed, so need to be careful with the alcohol swabs but assume eventually the holes will get a bit plugged up. Started using the wax cannister insert on the new unit, holds less but not an issue, and can be removed for a good soak and clean.

Save your money for a better built product
I was ok with it up until it fell off my office chair and onto my rug and broke rendering it useless.
I could see if it fell onto concrete or a wood floor but this was on my soft rug.
I don’t even want to bother trying to go through the process of getting my money back for this because I know it’s a waste of time.
I’m very disappointed and it’s a huge l as far as I’m concerned.

Maybe it should have been the 420 doubled (to 840?) as this is so much better. And that's saying an awful lot. The 420 was an awesome product and I hesitated to go to the 721. I never regretted the move. But suddenly I'm faced with the 722 and it is a solid move up the ladder, putting Utillian squarely up against the legendary Storz and Bickle products (Mighty and Crafty). I am impressed and with over 50 years experience, I know of what I speak!

I have been using the 721 for the past two years and over time it felt like it was getting plugged through the unit itself. though it still worked, my first draw on the 722 felt like 80% less resistance. I was really happy to receive my item by mail but I may have over estimated the product after reading many good reviews. In general the vape works as intended, it heats up to 4 different temperature setting and a boost mode. Only issue here is that the battery life seems to have been build around the idea that you will be mostly vaping herbs. Because if you start using the higher range temperatures you will realize quite fast that the battery life on this thing is quite far from satisfying. It will give you 3-4 sessions at best. Overall good product, but battery is a major issue. Also the inhaling plastic tip comes off really easily and becomes intensely hot when used be warned.

I have been using a pax 3 for the past couple of years and absolutely love it. I recently bought a Utillian 722 just to have a back up and to try something different. the 722 took a little getting used to after having a pax for so long just because there so different but the 722 is definitely a great vape. it takes a while to heat to top temp but when it get theres the vap quality is so good it uses less herb than the pax 3 and rather than heating from the bottom up the oven heats the herb evenly from all sides this seems to give a thicker stronger plume.

I just upgraded to Utillian 722 from Focus V Pro and I am so happy that I switched to 722 as it is the best bang for the buck in my opinion. The only thing that I wish it had is the precise temperature control that I use to love in Focus V Pro. Other than that, it is overall an outstanding vape with excellent vapor and flavor quality. I just got the 722 and it goes to the top of my list. I own 7 of the top 10 rated vapes on this site, plus several well known others. I also have the utillian 420, 720, 721 and now 722. The 700's are the 'best bang for the buck' vapes I've got, and the only ones still working after a few years of use. I think the 722 is a bit of an upgrade over the 721 and I like it for all the normal reviewed reasons. BTW, I do rate it HIGHER than the Zeus Arc GT or the S&B 'Mighty', no pun intended :)

Going on my third year for mine. It gets used every day. I later got a Pax 3, which is sleeker and works ok for my purposes but quite frankly lacks the power of the 722, in both time (at temp) and longevity.

A Kick-Ass Portable Dry Herb Vape
To say I'm fond of my Utililan 722 is an understatement. I now own five vapes. My latest purchase is an Arizer V-Tower table-top vaporizer. I haven't even tried it yet as it just showed up in the mail today. :-) My other devices are an Arizer Solo 2, both a POTV One and Lobo, and as already mentioned, my Utillian 722. I use POTV Lobo dosing capsules in my 722. They fit perfectly. They don't simply fit, they fit perfectly! I love vaping with my 722. I just sort of "sip" the vapor. The 722 is a perfect vape for "sipping" the vapor. If you don't know what I mean by "sipping" the vapor, you will when you get a bit more experienced with your 722. If the 722 were to have a battery like the one in my Arizer Solo 2, it would be my favorite vape. Also, I can continue using my Solo 2 while it's on its charger. I can't count my newly arrived V-Tower since it probably wouldn't be fair to compare a tabletop with a portable.

The advantages of the 722 are battery capacity, $, and potentially simplicity because of the lack of Bluetooth if you can live with the 4 presets. The More I Use the 722 the More I Lover It!!!
I own some decent mid-priced portable vape devices. My three best, IMO, are my Utillian 722, PotV Lobo, and my Arizer Solo 2. I've now spent enough quality time with all three of those vapes to form some informed opinions about their use. I haven't considered it a competition while using my devices, bit it sort of turned into one. Don't get me wrong! All three of my vapes are quality devices that do the job really well. But if I make myself choose one of them that I believe is the best of the three, it's the Utillian 722. It produces quality vapor. (Not that the other two don't.) It's the easiest of the three to re-load, including quick-cleans of the filter. That way, my sessions aren't interrupted for as long as they are with some other devices because I need to reload. (I recently bought dosage capsules for my Lobo so now it's also efficient in terms of quick reloads.) And here's my #1 reason I love my 722: I love how you smoke it almost like it's a pipe. I can take long, slow, pulls on it and get just the right amount of vapor in each draw. Anyway... party on!

A great low cost option
I recently purchased this unit as my second dry herb vaporizer and couldn't be happier. It is very well made and does the job it was designed to do. I get decent vapor production even from the lowest setting with both cannabis and other herbal smoke blends. It is very easy to clean and maintain. There seems to be a lot of controversy surrounding this brand because of marketing and whatnot, but I think the people who are acting like it's a war crime probably believe every review on their Amazon purchases are authentic. A great alternative to the $400 vaporizer that you probably already know the name of. If you can't swing that, this is a fantastic option. Always remember vapor ≠ efficacy when it comes to these things... If you can taste it and your herb gets roasted, then it's working. If you want a lot of "smoke" and link vapor production to the quality of a vaporizer, then just continue to combust or waste your money on a status symbol that will cost you double.

I have been vaping a few years, and this vape is in the "sweet spot" for me. I've had vapes under $100, and I own the Mighty and I've had a few in between these two. Although I prefer my Mighty, I think this vape is great. Very simple to use, easy to clean, and gets the job done. The only thing I would change is if it could be used with capsules, which I prefer when traveling. Screen has tiny holes to prevent flower from getting into lungs -- this is by far the best feature and is why I use this vape. Screen is lifetime and easy to clean (too bad there are no useful instructions for how to do that well. I had to experiment and in the process destroyed 2 units). Vape clouds are very good.

Also it got caught up in customs in Chicago and then was delivered late. So I'm not really all that happy. If it gets stuck in customs, mine took over 21 days to arrive because it was stuck in customs. They do not tell you this outright in any of the descriptions T vapor was great at keeping me informed when I contacted them about where it was in the chain so I understand it’s not their fault I just want my fellow Americans to understand customs will delay even if you pay the extra shipping more for expedited delivery if it gets stuck at customs, you are out that money they don’t guarantee those times but will buy again and take my chances. The airflow alone is worth the 721 upgrade. I've bought 2 722s, one died due to too many seeds falling into the casing, which you can't take out without taking the whole vape apart. My other's battery Died out after about a year and a half. My 721 is going strong after 3 years!

the worst vapor quality. I prefer G Pens to this and that's pretty bad. The bowl gets really hot when your breathing in and the plastic mouth piece offers no cooling. Directly from bowl to mouth with no cooling. Harsh and is unevenly scorches the herb even though they claim that you don't have to sir the bowl.

First time to own a vape and I’m really digging this thing! Learning which heat preset works for you can be challenging (purple for me). Once you get it down the thing is like living in the future just stick it in your pocket and go! My only complaints are that it is a little bulky, no concentrate canisters in stock with no eta, and the charging port is on the bottom. I am new to vaporizers and Utillian 722 was a great choice for me. I got it half a year ago and I am very pleased with it. It's easy to use, pretty easy to clean (not the mouthpiece that's hard to clean with the cleaning set that I have or I just don't know how to do it properly :D). Fit and finish is good, improved stem, the draw is a major improvement, battery is a bit improved. This one is not rubberized like the old but it's not slippery. Definitely a good improvement. Only problem with the unit is how long it lasts for heavy users. Eventually the fuse inside will blow and it will not heat up anymore after about 4-6 months of use. Warranty covers this though.

I have limited experience with vaping devices (see my review of the Focus V original). However, prior to my purchase, several friends described theirs (competing devices) which influenced me on purchasing this one. This was the first vaping device (not counting the attempt I tried in '73 which cooked the herb, in retrospect, at too high of a temperature) I purchased. This is my first real vaporizer, I had a Yocan Vane, and it doesn’t even come close to the 722!! I’m extremely happy with my purchase. The battery life is really decent, If you are out and about just make sure you have a charger and you’ll be set! I find it doesn’t take that long to charge. The chamber is a really decent size! I find that the blue setting is perfect! I would like to see someone come up with a metal mouthpiece for it, i feel like that would be really cool but other then that the device is amazing!!

The design of the 722 is different and looks good. The vapor production is better than the 721on its highest temp. I have all the devices of the Utillian and I am a big fan of there devices. Utillian 722 refines all the things that I loved about the Utillian 721 I have used 721 and was very impressed with that and also had 2 other more expensive portable vaporizers and this one is the best! Been using it a couple weeks. Comparable in flavor, perhaps cleaner, to other high end portable vapes. What really like about it is once heated, the vape pulls nice clouds and you don't have to pull hard to get it - nice smooth pull.

This unit is great super easy to use and extremely convenient . The taste is decent not the best I found that the first 2 hits are most flavorful and on the lowest setting higher the temp less flavor
Battery life is short on this but for price is ok . Gets dirty fast so cleaning the unit is crucial
I feel like the mouthpiece pops off a lil to the east than I hoped the magnetic top stays on but not the plastic mouthpiece. Overall this unit is great other then me just picking at the cons this device definitely has more pros.
