How many times can I use the same gift card?

Each gift card is for one-time use only.

What is the validity period of the gift card?

The card is valid for a period of 1 year from the date that it was issued.

How can I find my gift card?

Customers will receive the email including the gift card once the gift card has been issued. The same details will also be found under the “My Account-> Gift Card” section of the TVAPE website.

How can I use my gift card?

The gift card must be used on the checkout page, on the “Apply a Promo Code” field using the gift card code. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or returned.

Can I complete my purchase using only the gift card?

No, you may not complete the purchase by only using a gift card. You may be required to add a secondary payment method to use this gift card. The order value must be greater than the gift card value to utilize the gift card.

Can I share my gift card with others?

No, you can not share your gift card with others. The same email used to purchase and receive the gift card is required to redeem the gift card. Tvape is not responsible for lost or stolen cards, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

When the Gift card will be issued?

The Gift card will be issued after order has been shipped and marked as completed.

Can a customer combine the gift card code with another discount?

The gift card code can be use with other discount coupons.
