- Great product. So impressed, I actually bought two of them.
- Directions easy to follow and it works well. It does require a cleaning after each use but it’s easy and quick. I’m very happy with it.
- Such a great dry vape. It's my go to, I love the fact it doesn't get overly hot to the touch, the temperature control is great. The lower temps give moe flavor and the higher temps give better clouds

- Only disappointment is with the timing setting. I cannot increase the time.
- Great little vape. Gives a nice cloud, perfect if your a sipper rather then a ripper. Price is great and very easy to clean. Get one you'll love it and ad a bubbler.

Overall, a quality product. - One of the best, with a big caveatThis is one of the better dry herb vaporizers (DHV) you can own, especially in its price range, but with a single caveat.
I owned the original 620 many years ago and it was my go-to DHV for a good while. Sadly, the battery wore out over time and my 620 eventually ended up as e-waste.
Despite the non-replaceable battery, the newer 621 is still one of the better DHV's for sheer convenience and performance, and I'm glad I bought it because its so easy to load and empty, it heats up fast, it gets huge clouds despite being small enough to pocket, and it charges relatively fast with the USB-C connection.
It's too bad about the battery though, and what makes it worse is that you can't use the device while it's charging, meaning that once the battery eventually dies you can't even use it period. Because of this design decision I have to dock stars from value and convenience. It's 5 stars for sure on quality though, thing's built like a tiny tank.
If the next iteration of this DHV (probably 622) were to have a replaceable battery, then it would be the best in its class without a doubt. - This vape is awesome. Heats up very fast. Great hits from this thing
