WARRANTY


For all devices and parts:

  • To make a warranty claim you must contact us at cs@tvape.com to state the warranty issue.
  • Defects for glass items, bubblers, rubber O-rings, batteries, pods, cartridges, coils, tanks, nails, atomizers, mouthpieces, whip attachments, power cables, USB cables, rubber parts, rolling papers, fillable cones, plastic grinders, balloons, wicks, candles, butane lighters, humidity packs, or sliding doors, must be reported within 3 business days of receiving your order to be able to be replaced.
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, water damage or physical damage, which can include non-adherence to cleaning instructions. It also does not cover damaged user guides or packaging.
  • Warranty does not cover parts lost due to user error.
  • Vaporizers that have been modified or dismantled are also not covered under warranty.
  • For battery-powered vaporizers, the battery, as usual, is subject to degradation and reduced runtime over the course of regular use. Battery degradation is not covered under warranty.
  • Proof must be provided for any defects.
  • Glass parts are expected to have some variation, which may not be covered under warranty if deemed not a defect.
  • TVAPE reserves the right to refuse a warranty claim.

Hassle-Free (Exclusive brand) warranty:

  • Zeus, Utillian, Flowermate, FocusV (excluding Focus V Carta), Tronian (except pods) , and LITL products only, or any devices listed as “Hassle-Free”. Some conditions may apply.
  • To make a warranty claim you must contact us at cs@tvape.com to state the warranty issue.
  • Proof of defect is a required step of the Hassle-free warranty, that if a defect can be proven by video, and authorized by TVape for replacement, the device will not be required to be sent to us to examine.
  • Proof of defects are required by video. If the defect cannot be proven by video, the device must be sent to our warranty department to examine.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided in order to be able to make a warranty claim, by either providing an order number from Zeus, Utillian, Tronian, or TVAPE, or providing proof of purchase with either receipt or invoice from authorized retailers.
  • Devices purchased through a third-party retailer such as Kajiji or Craigslist, are not eligible for warranty replacement.
  • Devices sold through eBay or Amazon, and only through authorized vendors at the discretion of TVape are eligible for warranty.
  • If sending your device to TVape to examine, please allow up to 15 business days from the date of us receiving your defective product for the warranty claim to be processed.
  • If sending your device to our warranty department for testing, TVape does not cover shipping costs, and TVAPE does not accept C.O.D. packages and is not responsible for any customs or duty fees. TVAPE is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Products that are not 100% clean, do not qualify for warranty.
  • TVAPE reserves the right to refuse a warranty claim.

Non-Exclusive brands Store Warranty:

  • To make a warranty claim you must contact us at cs@tvape.com to state the warranty issue.
  • If sending your device to TVape to examine, please allow up to 15 business days from the date of us receiving your defective product for the warranty claim to be processed.
  • Non-Exclusive brand devices that are covered under limited warranty by TVape, must be returned to TVape in order to be replaced under warranty.
  • Warranty claims for brands that Tvape does not cover, customers must reach out to the manufacturer for assistance.
  • Devices purchased through a third-party retailer such as Kajiji or Craigslist, are not eligible for warranty replacement.
