Revamped 3D Heating Chamber
The Puffco New Peak (2024) now comes with a 3D heating chamber for the most efficient wax extraction. This chamber is similar to the one found on the New Puffco Peak Pro version but slightly smaller. Paired with accurate heating calibration, this is hands down one of the better updates made to the New Peak E Rig. Especially for users who use high-quality Wax concentrates.
Water Filtration for Smooth hits
The New Puffco Peak glass bubbler 2.0 is designed for silky smooth dab rips. Thanks to the Peak’s design, it can also be swapped out for various compatible Puffco Glass tops, including some of the Peak Pro.

Puffco went all out on the New Peak. The addition of a new Joystick cap pairs wonderfully with the 3D heating chamber. It ensures all of your wax is heated evenly and has also improved the airflow into the chamber. The result? Higher amounts of vapor that are still flavorful at lower temperatures.
Faster Charging
The New Puffco Peak 2024 comes with a USB-C cable that can fully recharge its battery in just 2 hours. Given that a full battery can provide 35 cycles, this is more than enough for a day of casual use. Each Heat cycle lasts around 40 seconds, which is also plenty of time to extract your vapor evenly for a satisfying hit.

- Would recommend to anyone thinking about getting into dabs, i love it.
- The product works well, unless your a heavy smoker. I honestly don't find I get anywhere unless it's on the highest setting, peak. They say the charge last 3 runs. It goes by the taps of the button. So it dies in the middle of sessions. Also, the toggle gets extremely hot. I would have thought that they would have fixed that issue with this model, but no. I like the feel of the unit and its cool it comes in colours. Honestly it's a 4 out of 10. It does the job, but there's issues. The Peak pro was a MUCH better model.

Def 5💫 - I’m very disappointed with my experience. I purchased a device that turned out to be defective, and unfortunately I have not received any help resolving the issue. The burner damaged the connection and now the device only works partially, which means it will likely fail completely soon.
I was hoping for a replacement or some kind of solution, but so far nothing has been offered. As someone who regularly buys vaporizers and accessories, I would have preferred to continue supporting this business long-term.

After reviewing the information and the photos provided, we were not able to identify any damage to the device connection itself as you confirmed the device works, and the unit appears to be functioning as intended. However, we did notice that the heating chamber is cracked and you mentioned it leaking. This component is considered a wear-and-tear part, and according to the manufacturer's policy it carries a 1-month warranty.
Since the device was purchased several months ago, the chamber would unfortunately fall outside of the warranty period. Replacing the chamber should resolve the issue, but if after replacing it the unit does not connect or heat properly, please feel free to reach out to us again and we will be happy to assist further.
