- The glass tube separates from the base so when you try to remove the base and tube to add more product to the burner they come apart and you have to pry out the bottom part. There is a manufacturing flaw and what holds the glass tube to the metal part that fits into the heating chamber

- The glue let goThe glue gets heated and let’s go and then you have to pay to replace it! I’ve had it for 2 months but the store I bought it from stopped selling it because too many people had this happen. Now I have to pay to get one shipped to me! These should be free with a picture of a broken one!
- trashThe glass mouthpiece is heated so much that the adheiseve that holds the glass to the plastic melts into the chamber. Disgusting.
