- Dual-Use Dry Cannabis & Concentrates

- Included Multi-Tool
- Magnetic USB charging dock
- Quick Heat-up
The Pax Plus is a dual-use vaporizer designed for dry herbs and concentrates. It can be considered a 3rd generation vaporizer in places where the pre-filled pucks are sold, but users cannot fill or make their own pucks. This vaporizer provides built-in experience modes allowing users to choose from various settings that will provide different combinations of vapor flavor and density. The Pax Plus includes features that make it extremely easy to use, for example, a multi-tool and 3D oven that is removable for faster cleaning. This device is extremely portable due to its small form factor; combining this with its powerful operation makes it a very good pocket vaporizer for traveling.

You should get the Pax Plus if…
You are searching for a portable cannabis device capable of vaporizing wax. The Pax Plus vaporizer is essentially the fourth generation of the popular Pax vaporizer line. It's an upgraded version of its predecessor, the Pax 3 vaporizer, with several new features and improvements. The Pax plus is great as a traveling device since it features a quick heat-up time and many options to create different experiences depending on the type of session you want. This vaporizer lasts up to 2 hours of continuous use. It is charged via a magnetic USB charging dock, the same mechanism used in the previous Pax 2 model. Overall, this device is great for those wanting a small, versatile, easy-to-use device that is not exceptional but is well-rounded enough for most users to enjoy simple sessions on the go.
Dual-Use
The Pax Plus (or you may call it Pax 4) is designed for herb use yet includes a dry shatter insert, allowing for wax sessions as well. Concentrate use is not recommended for heavy users since this device can feel quite warm when using it at high temperatures. Still, it is very good for those wanting to vaporize concentrates occasionally.
Dry Cannabis, on the other hand, can provide bigger hits, especially when taking into account that you can swap the default oven out for a bigger-sized one that is better suited for group sessions. When vaporizing concentrates, the insert will stick out slightly from the bottom of the device, which is normal.
For those wanting to use the concentrate insert, we recommend using the highest temperature setting for the best results. Dual-use vaporizers tend to allow for good-tasting vapor but do not provide dense clouds due to their lack of power; the Pax plus, however, is pretty good at using both, while cannabis usage is slightly more efficient for those who want stronger hits.
Easy to Use and Clean
The manufacturing quality of this device makes it a decent upgrade to previous models, although structurally similar. The body is covered in a high-polish anodized aluminum finish, making the outer shell extremely durable. To clean the outside of this device, a quick wipe is all you need to get rid of any fingerprints.
The 3D oven is also fully removable, allowing users to clean it using isopropyl alcohol-covered cleaning items such as wipes and sticks. The few temperature settings offer a minimal learning curve, so this device is very good as a first vaporizer for any user. The material used on the bottom of the lid used to be plastic and has since upgraded to a non-disclosed material which does not seem to be plastic anymore due to its hardness.
Flexible and Powerful
The new Pax plus is quite adaptable thanks to its different oven sizes and dual-use; that being said, a few additions make all these features come together. This device has a fast heat-up time and a decent max temperature of 420ºF (215ºC). The different temperature settings and wide oven that this device offers make it extremely simple to use while providing versatility to your sessions. Pax offers pressling pods that are similar to other 3rd generation vaporizers like the Zeus Arc S, except these presslings, unlike ArcPods, have to be purchased and cannot be filled and refilled.
They are calling this loading option Infused Pax Pods, which are chamber-sized pucks made with a mixture of herb and rosin. While a very innovative option, these are not currently available in many places. In that light, we would only call the Pax Plus a 3rd generation vaporizer, in juristictions were these pods are available. We would encourage you to try them, if your state or country has them available in stores. However if you really want a 3rd generation device, for which you can fill the pods at a much lower cost, you are better with other options.
Intelligent Sessions
No matter the mode you use, they all offer different outcomes. The temperatures of each mode are not specified as you would find on a precise temperature control device like the Utillian 620, but we found some rough estimates:
1st Temperature: Stealth mode 182ºC (360ºF) - Best for discreet sessions
2nd Temperature: Efficiency mode 193ºC (380ºF) - Best for slow-paced sessions
3rd Temperature: Flavor mode 204ºC (400ºF) - Best for flavor extraction
4th Temperature: Boost Mode 215ºC (420ºF) - Best for full extraction and concentrate use
The different experience modes allow this device to be used by almost any connoisseur, beginner, or experienced. We recommend the Pax plus to low-medium frequency users since the device tends to get hot between sessions, making high-frequency users take more breaks to let the chamber cool down.
- 4 Experience Modes

"The new Pax Plus vaporizer by Pax Labs is an upgraded version of their previous model, the Pax 3. It can be used for both herbs and concentrates, and it still has the same stylish design and different experience modes. However, the specific temperatures for each mode are not mentioned by Pax. The battery life is not as good as expected, but it is portable and discreet. In conclusion, the Pax Plus is perfect for fashion-conscious users who prioritize convenience in a vaporizer over customization." - Pax Plus Review
