I’m getting my wax pooling inside the coil and it’s just not giving me any vapor, how do I fix this?

If the coil is overloaded, or not cleaned, this will cause the device not to heat the wax fast enough to vaporize properly, as it will struggle to heat the product correctly, please use less wax to avoid this.

How should I clean the coils?

Please note that when cleaning your coils, you have to make sure you fire the coil without any product in it, as the core will absorb the Isopropyl alcohol, and can take a bit to get it out of the core.
We recommend cranking the temperature after cleaning your unit, and firing it several times after the coil is thoroughly dried to remove any residue and alcohol that may be still in the coils. Especially ceramic coils may have absorbed some alcohol.
The heating will also help sanitize your coil, and also help remove any cleaning product from the coil itself, to help get a much better taste.

Very dissapointed with the quality of this device. The battery is ok and magnetic chamber is cool. The problem I had was with the coils. It came with dual quarts coil ceramic bowl but only one of the two coils lit up. I ordered a ceramic bowl and another quarts coil. Ceramic coil didn't work at all and the quarts coil started leaking after a day. More than $90 spent and I had to buy another unit. Customer service wasn't much help either.
