The battery is ok and magnetic chamber is cool. The problem I had was with the coils. It came with dual quarts coil ceramic bowl but only one of the two coils lit up. I ordered a ceramic bowl and another quarts coil. Ceramic coil didn't work at all and the quarts coil started leaking after a day. More than $90 spent and I had to buy another unit. Customer service wasn't much help either.

- Great penReally good pen for someone who doesn't smoke alot. I got this for my mom it's a great little rig. I really like the magnetic attachments and you get some decent hits off it. Really great for the price and it's nice it has a case that goes with it. Highly recommend this pen or the utillian 5 for someone who is a more avid smoker. Love utillian products and TVAPE as well great customer service!
- Good for a 1st time user or slim pocketsSounded like a great pen for shatter, to which it does the job but not to the level I need. I would recommend this pen to someone who likes to indulge a few times a week.
The magnetic attachments are always a plus, in my opinion, the sleek and small design is perfect for concealment, if necessary.
Wouldn't recommend this for heavy users but for a casual indulger, it's perfect.
