Utillian 5 Heating Chamber

Needs to be longer to avoid the wax to splash upwards inside the mouth piece holes or maybe add a 3rd hole

J’ai cassé le bout de mon utillian 5 en l’échappant par terre. C’est vraiment cool de pouvoir acheter seulement le morceau brisé.

In less than two days of use, the mouthpiece with integrated tool broke into three pieces from a six inch fall. Customer service suggested I order the whole atomizer unit. I've read reports that utillian is overpriced. I would have to agree. After owning two different vaporizers, and no customer support. I would strongly recommend another product other than the utillian 5 v3.

This is an awesome vaporizer. Probably THE BEST performing wax pen vape I’ve tried, especially if you use it at with the Bubbler attachment.

I do however have a huge problem with the o-rings. The o-rings supplies are decent enough but these things need replacement from time to time, they don’t last forever! The company, however, has decided for whatever reason to not supply us with replacement o-rings. I’ve been trying to get help on what I should source and the response is mixed. I can buy o-rings and use them but I was warned that it may void whatever warranty I may have. My device is less than a month old and I had to replace the 1cm rings already.

It’s very disappointing when you have an awesome device but can’t use it without buying a new one every few months because you can’t get simple and cheap replacement rings. Maybe there’s a good reason but it leaves me with a bad taste.

Utilian 5 with the integrated loading tool, have had unit since mid may and used it is nice but the integrated tool can easily break off inside the vape and unfortunately you cannot just purchase the mouth piece with tool.

I like everything but the loading tool which would be the novelty of the Utilian 5v3

I use this coil to smoke hash. The three coils heat up quick and it doesn't take long before the piece starts smoking. It slows down on the heating time when it starts to get dirty, but regular cleaning clears up that issue.
