Utillian's engineering team has also redesigned the built-in tool to ease the wax placement process. The Utillian 5 Mouthpiece (V3.1) comes packed with 4 extra mouthpiece seals for extra replacements. This new and updated design is lightweight and even stronger than the previous model.

Loading tool/ mouthpiece
Much better than older type. Easy to crack by accident. This one in much stronger.

A proper mouthpiece will make it straight 5s!
Excellent unit! Mouthpiece is the downfall. Should be made of thicker material, like a thicker aircraft grade aluminum, to act as a proper heatsink! It gets way too hot way too fast when burning thru heavy loads.

Mouthpiece breaks VERY easily, please upgrade it to a more durable matter.
greatest device Mouthpiece Needs Work
I've had to purchase the atomizer with mouthpiece three times already for minor falls breaking the mouthpiece, my cats responsible for it twice, so please make it out of stainless steel or titanium something that won't break easy, other then that this is the greatest device ever for concentrates!!!
