About Zeus Xtruder
The patent pending Zeus Xtruder dry herb mill efficiently and consistently prepares your material for an optimal vaping experience every time.
Specially designed to grind and load dry herb directly into Zeus ArcPods for a no-mess, seamless process, the Zeus Xtruder simplifies dry herb preparation, making it an easy task even for first-time users; a defining feature of 3rd generation vaporizers.
Once the ArcPod is filled, the Xtruder automatically ejects the pod from the bottom of the device for a streamlined and hassle-free procedure.
Importantly, the Zeus Xtruder offers unparalleled versatility. It is compatible with all dry herb vaporizers, capable of grinding the herb directly into the heating chamber. This unique feature ensures precise and clean dispensing of the herb into narrow spaces, making it a valuable tool not just for the Zeus ArcPods, but for any dry herb vaporizer on the market. In addition, it is perfectly suitable for preparing pre-rolls, taking the mess and struggle out of hand grinding and packing.
For best results it is recommended to use dry herb that has been stored at ≤58% humidity for the fastest and most consistent grind possible.
The Xtruder can also be used to pack your other favorite vaporizers and pieces. Simply use the Xtruder without the ArcPod cap to load anything anywhere!
Using the Xtruder:
- Remove Zeus ArcPod Cap at the bottom of the Xtruder and place ArcPod.
- Place Cap with ArcPod back onto the Xtruder
- Remove top of the Xtruder and fill it with your desired herb.
- Place top back onto the Xtruder and begin grinding
- For best results it is recommended to grind 3 times clockwise, 1 time counterclockwise until ArcPod is filled.
- Once the ArcPod is filled, it will automically eject from the Xtruder. Place a lid onto the ArcPod and enjoy.

The larger size is intentional to allow for higher capacity and smoother grinding, though we definitely understand it may not be ideal for everyone. Regular quick brushing/cleaning between uses can also help keep buildup to a minimum over time. - work very well , a must for the Zeus GT-4

- Not good experienceI got it with my Zeus, so I guess I can't complain too much... On the plus side, the grind is perfect, and it fills the arc pods very nicely.
My biggest beef with it is just how excruciatingly LONG it takes to fill a pod. Expect to spend a full 10 minutes turning it to fill a single, tiny pod. Want to fill a bunch? Settle for like 2 hours of mind-numbing grinding. It's ridiculously inefficient. As an added bonus, some weeds will just stick to the cheap plastic blades and form a dense mass in numerous places. If you open the thing up, expect to find about a third of your herb stuck like this. Fortunately it is very easy to open and clean.
My advice: get another grinder, unless you want to spend hours grinding and hurt you wrist doing it.
