Just got one a month or so ago, like the size and convenience, battery life isn’t great. My USB charger has already broken, very cheap and flimsy compared to the unit. I’m trying to get a new one, only comes with 30 day warranty of course. Feel a bit screwed, likely all made in china crap.

Bought this pen two weeks into quarantine and its been a LIFE saver! It is designed excellently with high quality materials. The case is pretty cool too but i havent had much use for it since i dont leave my house lol. Its a shame though that i cant say the same for the button. Ive had it for a lil over a month now and it only works if i press it a certain way. Its also made out of a cheap plastic unlike the high quality steel body. i honestly wouldnt have a problem with that but Im a little worried as the angle at which i have to press down in order for it to work is increasing. Maybe they can look to improve the actual button mechanism for future references. Other than that this is def the smoothest pen you’ll find for the price

First, the quality of this vape is very bad. After using it for 20 days only. the ceramic plate is detached from the atomizer. Now I'll have to buy a replacement for it. For sure, it works great when I received it, vapors are good and smooth. However, now it's unusable.

It does what it's meant for even with it's small size. The 2 middle temperature settings are the ones I prefer most. Only thing I wish it had is that the chamber size could have been 30% bigger and maybe upgrade quality for the start button which is plastic but inferior to the rest of the build. Otherwise, it is a nice device.

Only used it for 15 days and the ceramic plate comes off from its atomizer. I have submitted a warranty claim but I don't believe in Linx products anymore. It worked perfectly at the start and I haven't got that type of vapors from any other vape but we can't change the atomizer after every month as it's a very expensive part.

This is my first wax pen that I’ve owned and I am loving it so far! No smell, discreet to travel and perfect taste. One of the main reasons I bought this specific pen was the temperature setting control, I don’t like to put a little in and see it all go away in about 1-2 hits. Having control is a huge plus on how long you want your sessions to be as far as temperature and heating the wax . This pen definitely delivers just that. After reading several reviews and checking out quite a number of websites, It seemed like the perfect choice. Battery life is great and has lasted me several sessions on the highest temperature setting. I only charge it when I 'think' it's near the end of its life. By far the best wax pen I have ever used. It is very easy to use and the cleaning is also a breeze. The airflow is up high enough that it never plugs up, and it has great flavour. You don't get the biggest hits but they are flavour packed and don't taste burnt at all even towards the end. The only downside is the battery life which is a bit less than I expected.

I really don't like the design of its coil, It produces excellent and smooth vapors but the life of the coil is very short as compare to the other wax pens that I have used before. I've had this vape since 2 weeks and already facing the issues with the coils so ordered 3 spares coils. No doubt, the vapor quality is pretty good, cool and smooth but the life of coils is too short and this will make it very expensive.

The battery life was decent and overall, functioned pretty good, until it stopped working like it did for everybody else. Love how powerful, versatile and petite this thing is. Its only 5" long, fits in the hand easily. Solid Stainless Steel design with an easy to clean Atomizer.
Don't find it works well for harder concentrates but great for waxy concentrates.

Poking anything into the Atomizer risks breaking the delicate ceramic plate as pointed out by Linx. Battery life is pretty decent and charge time is quick. Only gripe is that I am always cleaning the mouthpiece and the 4 temp settings are color coded but no actual temp figures listed.

IT'S OK, BUT BAD ATOMIZER DESIGN
I've had it for less than 2 months and I've already gone through 2 ceramic atomizers as they're way too delicate. I went ahead and bought 2 more coiled ones, and now the battery doesn't seem to hold its charge. It has great, smooth vapour when it actually works, but for the $$ I was expecting better quality, and I'm disappointed. A $100 pen ended up costing me $200 and it doesn't even work! Going to try Kandypen next!

Been using the LINX for a couple of months now. I bought 3 ATOMIZERs. All 3 broke while I was cleaning them. The ceramic coil breaks easy and they are $35 each. After the first coil broke I was very careful cleaning the other 2. I did get good(not great) vape from the LINX. It comes with a nice case and the pen does look very nice. I am using my old YOCAN for now.

Got the pen and worked for about 10-15 min. went to plug after I got it off it just stopped working. Thinking it was the atomizer I tried the spare one which did nothing got a hold of tvape. Did emails back and forth which lead to me sending it back which cost $20. Got it back it was the same way just really clean, well someone did call me thinking that I had no clue how to use a vape pen. The person was telling me like I was a child. By saying you know it's more for flavor than big clouds. When I got it back it was nice and clean so I plug it in, it had the same problem it would not heat up fully, just melted the wax. So I called them again but since the warranty with them was up(30 days), I know would have to get a hold of Linx, which I did and they were really good with me. I just talked to them explained what was going on.They told me that it was the battery and also could be the charger so they are sending me both. I am really impressed with Linx as they didn't treat me like a child they listened and figured it out with me explaining to them.They are sending these parts from the USA at no cost at my end. If I can give you advise is to order this pen from Linx it self they are number 1 in my books just by what they have done for me.

Great pen to use regularly with the waxes or concentrates. If you want to buy this vape, buy some extra coils as well because its coils last for only a month and replacement coils are very expensive. I have been using it for 5 months and already replaced the coils 6 times so it will be a pretty expensive option to vape the waxes for you but you won't be disappointed with the performance of this vape.
