That being said, desktop vaporizers have been loosing popularity in favor of more portable convection vaporizers with the similar output as the Hybrid.
Warning for iOS Users: Apple has been removing vaping apps from their app store, in order to use the device with Bluetooth you must use Google Chrome and use the Storz & Bickel Web App.

Dosing Capsules make life easier
The Hybrid has the option of using dosing capsules, but in order to use them, you will need to get a filling chamber reducer unlike the 3rd generation Zeus Arc GTS that comes with everything out of the box for you to use with ArcPods. Using the capsules is generally recommended because it helps keep the unit clean and the Hybrid heating chamber is oversized anyway.
Hybrid Convection Heating
The Volcano Hybrid utilizes a combination of convection and conduction heating, something that sets it apart from the Volcano Classic. The Volcano Hybrid still leans heavily in favor of convection for outstanding flavor and vapor quality. However, you will notice a more pronounced metal ring on the heating chamber and the filling chamber which act as a source of conduction heat for your Volcano Hybrid vaporizer to help insulate the hot air as the balloon fills or as you draw.
Quicker Heat Times w/ the Volcano Hybrid
Thanks to a redesigned heat exchange, the Volcano Vaporizer Hybrid can now reach temperature in around 90 seconds from cold. This is much improved over the almost 4 minutes the Classic Volcano took to heat up. The Volcano Hybrid vaporizer lets you spend less time waiting and more time enjoying your herb.
Bluetooth Functionality
The Volcano Hybrid now features bluetooth functionality and can be connected to the Storz and Bickel app for further customization. Unlock new heating profiles, manage temperature settings, even turn the device on and off, all from your phone. The future is now.
New 360 Whip Attachment
For the first time ever, the Volcano Hybrid can now be used in a whip setup. With the included Volcano Hybrid Tube Set, put away the bags and kick back, the 360 style whip makes it convenient to pass around to friends. If you like to vape solo though, Storz and Bickel also offers a Volcano Hybrid Reducer which lets you get the same performance and flavor but with a lot less dry herb.

- Epic is how I would describe my Volcano! I’ve never really have to use combustion as a method of consuming cannabis always been a vaporizer guy. I keep telling my friends this is the Ferrari of vaporizer. So much fun, feeling a bag, sitting back and emptying it over the course of a few minutes. Also love the hookah pipe. If you’re thinking about one, I would highly recommend a Volcano Toronto vaporizer would be the best place to buy it to.

- Coolest machine ever.....Heard about this vape 2 weeks ago while on vacation, ordered 2 days after being back.
Impressed with the unit and function. cleaning is a breeze, There was a lot of thought that went into this.
The balloons or bags are weird I do admit, BUT it seems like the best thing they could have possibly used.
And im not complaining I can fill up a bag and sit on the couch watching TV while inhaling the sweet sweet vapor this unit puts out.
TVAPE also shipped it very quickly. I ordered it Friday afternoon and got an email monday they shipped it. Was at the post office Tuesday morning. Incredible.
Its a bit to get into for me at least coming from a bong but now 4 days later and I'm completely on board. Price seems high, but quality says different.
I must say I completely love it. And my wife is able to partake more now as its a vapor not smoke.
Used it quite a bit since I got it and theres no more spitting stuff up in the AM after a night of weed. Ive been able to use it with no ill effects even when i have a cold, not able to do that with the bong. Anyone with breathing issues or asthma may find this a heck of a lot better than the bong.

- Multiple terrible experiences.They do not give solutions to problems they create. Tried to buy a desktop vaporizer and they took my money without having it in stock. They first called me to tell me they didn't have it in Black then assured they would send the silver. Come to find out they didn't even have it in the first place. Will be going elsewhere to purchase the desktop vaporizer. This is the 2nd time in 2 years where they have messed up an order. Extremely disappointed in their staff and customer service who started giving me attitude when I asked for a tracking number as well.
