I loved this vape but unfortunately after only gently using it for 1.5 years, it has stopped taking a charge. I used it to microdose once or twice a day. I've used several dry herb vaporizers and this one is by far the best, it is extremely efficient at using up the herb with the dual convection / condition heating, so it doesn't take as long to get the same effect as other vapes so you can get more sessions on a single charge. It also is easy to clean the entire vapor and air path. The magnetic stirring tool is extremely helpful for emptying out the AVB when you are done. I highly recommend this vape.

I've been vaping for 4-5 years and the Utillian 620 is my 4th vaping device and the best by far. I've had 2 Grenco devices (G Pen Pro & G Pen Elite, both were terrible) & an X Max II Pro with glass mouthpiece attachment (better than Grenco, but gets hot) & none of them compare to the 620.
The magnetically-held mouthpiece is genius & eliminates any latches or connectors breaking. The device heats quickly & provides a lot of vapor at lower temperatures than the others ever did. It's also unbelievably efficient as I now use literally HALF the botanicals I did with my previous X Max. The small chamber size & round chamber allows for maximum extraction while the helical convection air pathway is a genius design for getting & keeping air at the proper temperature.

I have a storz and Bickle plenty, a ultilian 721 and recently acquired the utilian 620. It is the best personal vaporizer I've ever used. It's functional, sleek, carries the perfect amount of herb for single or two user applications, is easy to clean, has good battery life, and all the bells and whistles I never thought I'd appreciate as much as I do (magnetic cap, digital adjustable temp and LCD display and sturdy glass mouthpiece). Every improvement that could have been made to my 2 year old 721 (which still functions great) has been made to the 620. This and the precise temperature control makes this a low profile unit to use, it is good for quick micro dosing, and it's tiny compared to my Mighty, and even smaller than the 721. I like the features like changeable shut off times, and the precise temperature with a little higher range going up to 220°C rather than 210°C on the 721 or the Mighty. The only downside is no cooling chamber and the glass mouthpiece is breakable (I bought an extra). The battery charges quickly, so over all this unit has many more upsides than downsides.

This really is a nice device. First of all the build seems excellent. The device feels substantial and solid. And, the size and shape fits my hand nicely. Second, it's straightforward to use. Third, setting the temperature is straightforward. It heats up to temperature quickly, within 10 seconds or so I'd say, and vibrates three times when it reaches the set temperature. That way you don't have to stare at it to monitor it while it's heating up to temp. Next, the vapor seems very good to me. I'm older now and can't tolerate smoke anymore. This isn't anything like smoking at all. I really can barely tell I'm inhaling anything. Even when I have the temperature set toward the upper end, nothing gets hot on the device, including the mouthpiece, and the vapor is extremely comfortable to inhale. As far as cleaning, the device comes apart quickly and simply. And I like that everything you need to get to is directly accessible and super easy to clean. Plus the device comes with a couple of little brushes for cleaning. I'm really very impressed. This is my first foray into a dry herb vaporizer. I did a lot of research first, and I'm very pleased with this product and this purchase. The only slight snag I ran into was that the manufacturer/seller is in Canada, and I'm in the US. That's fine except during shipping, the device got held up briefly at US Customs. When that happens, there's no way of finding out if it's going to be a day or two or a few weeks. I had to go online and start reading about what happens when customs holds things up. There is no way to find out the status. You just have to wait and see. Luckily, it turned out that 3 days later my device arrived in Florida. By the way the sellers customer service has been very good. I spoke with them on the phone two times between a question at the time of purchase and another question when customs had my device. They were really helpful and really nice.

I've had a number of herb vape's over the years. Nothing else compares to the 620. The ease of draw and flavor is the best I've had. I typically take 4 to 5 draws per session. I get at least 6 sessions or more from one filling. The temp control allows me to step up the temp for each session and ensure I got everything there is to get from the herb. The temp control is really ghreat. Cleaning is a breeze! I do not agree with TVAPES ratings of the 620, I've used many of the ones rated above it and they are not even close to the 620's ease of use/draw and flavor. This is by far the best vaporizer and the best value for a single or couple to users. So easy to fill, slip in your pocket, go about your day or evening and when you need a bump, its there for you. Great on the go or at home vaporizer. Get it, you wont be disappointed.

I was considering the 620, the 722, starry, and da Vinci. I ended up getting this one bc of the digital display that has a lot more control and info shown than the others. I’m very happy I got this one - only little thing is I had to find a curved glass mouthpiece accessory to cool the vapor more. I also found a bubbler attachment and a bong attachment lol so this vape can get pretty customized if you can find the parts. I doubt I can say the site here but they’re basically accessories for a similar vape you can find online.

Amassed quite a collection of vaporizers over the years. None had really compared to my Solo, in the form of how it hits, how it lasts (battery), but the Solo is not that portable. Had a tough time finding a good portable until, I bought the Utillian 620. The portability alone is worth it. Fits nicely in my hand, stealthy. My volcano buddy was impressed with the size of the clouds and compared it nicely to the hits from his volcano. The battery lasts about an hour & half. I'm able to get 5 solid sessions on the 8 minute timer. Charge time is a solid 2 hrs from empty. You're not able to charge and use it at the same time but that's where the Solo comes into play. I pretty much use the Utillan 620 on the go and is good for the day out of the house. Can charge in the car if needed. This is how a vaper should hit, highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Don’t forget that above 391° the vapor becomes toxic with harmful chemicals. Chamber gets hot for a convection vaporizer. Seems more like a hybrid setup to me. I don't know how others are designed, but I want my chambers cool so it doesn't over bake the bud rendering the avb inedible. Other than that, its a really good vaporizer. I like it allot. I found a bubbler attachment that you can pack into the end keeping it cool preventing baking so I'll probably be buying that soon.

It's been few days since I am using it and I can say that this is the best bang for the buck but I just wish it can also be used with the waxes but I can't complain about this beautiful piece of art. It looks really cool and I am in love with everything that this vape offers.

I have had this device for 2 weeks and enjoying it a lot. The vapor quality is outstanding and features are very unique as you can also remove the chamber of this vape for better cleaning wow!
